I have had tendonitis in my right wrist since January. I have been prescribed several different painkillers and now, Amytriptilene (?). I have been wearing a splint and exercising my wrist with no positive results. Anyone on AB suffer with this and if so, any suggestions how else I can improve/lessen the pain? TIA
