Is it right for me?
I want to firm up. I tried a personal trainer but I feel he really wanted me to ‘muscle up’ rather than tone and strengthen up too I also want to lose weight but I appreciate it won’t really help with that
Also as I have a dodgy knee and weak back weight lifting is not my ideal exercise

I think Pilates would be very good for you.
It will help build up your core strength which should support your back and improve general fitness. It did for me anyway, until I got a shoulder injury!!
