I've seen an advert from HSL on their back chairs. Has anyone used them, are they any good?

Do you mean the comfort chairs?
http://www.hslchairs.com/advice/comfort-chairs/

par of my job used to be helping people with disabilities to find a suitable chair so I know a bit about it....The best that anybody can do when assessing and suggesting chair size and shape is to suggest one that is the most anatomically correct in terms of chair height, width, lumbar curve seat depth and so on. What NO ONE can guarantee is that the user will find the chair comfortable no matter how much care is taken with measurement and assessment.
Make of that what you will :)

Thanks woofgang. Basically, I've got a long term chronic back condition and as my current chair is ready to be replaced, am on the look out for something else. It may be worth a visit as they're quite close to me.
Well anything (most things) are worth considering....but don’t buy on the day unless a miracle happens and the chair suggested is super dooper amazingly comfortable AND cheap as chips, don’t listen to bull about only today sign now offers and try as many options as you can bear to, not just HSL. :)
Your local furniture shop (not Superstore) can get you a chair made at the height and firmness you require for little more than standard cost.
The HSL's of this world may do the job, but they never give any idea of prices until they have you sucked in to their process and then it costs you four times as much as your local supplier would charge.
