Often with a slight bend of a leg, whilst often in bed, I suddenly have a severe cramp in the legs - either the lower or upper, sometimes all of one or both limbs.
Is there anything that can be recommended to ease/remove this nuisance? Ideally, with certain foods or specific exercises.
Thank you.

Hopefully these links may help....Top one has foods to eat ......other, exercises to try ..... Good luck.
I find calmagzinc tablets very helpful.
Magnesium...and I've also found either a bit of lo-salt or that pink himalayan salt under the tongue works immediately. May be mind over matter, but it works.
yes, calcium, magnesium and salt. Plus drink 1 or 2 litres of water per day.
I was prescribed potassium once by an orthopedic dr. It seemed to work. Or eat a banana !
Magnesium tablets. Suffered cramp since I was a teenager, but none since I started taking it months and months ago.
