I strongly suspect that eating spinach gives me Migraine - anybody have experience of this?

Never come across spinach as a trigger - it used to be cheese or chocolate with me.

Never had a case of migraine after eating spinach, Rob........ If you think it's causing you problems, just don't eat it anymore.:-)

Yeeees! spinach is a well known trigger for migraine.
