Heel Pain

For a couple of weeks i've had a sharp pain under my heel which won't go away. Iv'e tried vapour rub but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Wrong end of the body for that surely?
Sounds like you have plantar fasciitis. Google it for advice or see YouTube videos for exercises. Basically you need to raise the arch which you can do with shoe inserts. You can get Scholl ones or alternatively go to a chiropodist and get custom ones.
Sole inserts are needed and feet stretching exercises. Stand backwards on a step, ie on your toes and drop your heels over the step to stretch them. Do it a few times and rest.
Postdog is probably correct......Planta fasciitis.

Ibuprofen 600mgs 3 times a day.

Try this for a week.
