Sqad, having problems posting an answer on H&F but not on CB so trying to reply via question!! Cut was 4cm long, diagonally on inside of index finger at an angle of about 45 degrees 2cm either side of joint. edges approx 8mm apart, wound glued (due to fear of needles) and steri stripped and then dressed )obviously).

That is a fair sized cut....and at an angle.......I am afraid that if the sensation returns......it will be a good result....still possible though.

She has had some sensation return just above the lower part of the cut - just not at the tip, as yet.
