Can you get shin splints after swimming?
I go swimming nearly everyday and after yesterdays session my right shin began to hurt (slight twinge) which got progressively worse throughout the day!
when I Googled Shin injury's it came back with shin splints, it seems to be quite a common complaint amongst runners (something I don't do) and one of the many "treatments" is swimming!
