no, not nasal, down there. I feel slightly constipated. Not in pain but I feel that I'm not getting rid of enough when I go.

Nothing dietary has changed. Apologies for the grossness of this question.

Don't particularly want to take any laxatives, it's been like this for 48 hours.
Any ideas to help please?

Fybogel fibre drink works wonders
just dont eat 6 in one go
I'd recommend the vending machine coffee here, but it may be a bit out of your way.

Of course there is always the bar of soap and finger with short fingernail method.

Failing that a couple of litres of apple juice might work wonders.

ooh figs.. Haven't had any for years. If I get some tomorrow, that'll probably remind me why!!!

Sweetcorn always comes out the way it goes in tho :) Love sweetcorn in a jacket spud :)

Well, it does come out a slightly different shade OG :)
I ain't cutting my fingernails either. (ooohh, what a thought and before dinner time too)
cuts the figs into quarters add a slice of mozz and wrap with parma ham, its heaven
sweetcorn may well come out looking similar, but it drags everything else out with it. Honestly, its always worked for me.

In the 60's there was a famous Bristol rectal surgeon who went by the name of Gabriel ( can't remember his christian name) and he was always known as the Arseangel Gabriel who was always happy to look up a few friends.
Prunes are very good for this condition - worked for me
