ive got one of those exercise vibrating plates coming tomorrow for 2 weeks, anyone used them, what did you think?

Have used a power plate which is similar I guess. Very hard work, leaves you very achey and sore if you haven't used one before. You have to be careful and not try to overdo it otherwise you can end up doing some harm rather than good

I gave the one I bought away as it was useless. I got better results in a shorter time with a stepper.
