I have a short torso and very small chested.. does this mean i wouldnt suit a belly button piercing? I have a very flat tummy

no just to whether or not it would suit me... because only certain body shapes look good with them

If you have a flat tum, then you'll be fine.

Some girls who look like they have beer bellies get pierced. They look absurd.
