Sounds dangerous to me!
Yes and no.
They remove ONE hair at a time, you can't do a large area and it takes several goes to remove each hair for good. It would probably take several months to do an area such as a bikini line. I gave up and the thing is now gathering dust in a cupboard.

which one did u have mrs overall? in the books it says they do areas at a time. its the rio ones i was looking at about 150. do u know if they work?
I bought the rio electrolysis machine (not sure if it's the same thing you are talking about) but it didn't work at all! I couldn't even get it to remove one hair even though I followed the instructions perfectly!

Maybe a more expensive one would work better but i'm dubious of them all now!
The one I have is the Rio Laser hair removal system. It's absolute pants. You have to fiddle about for ever setting the machine up, then daub the individual hair with a drop of water, then position the laser thing over the hair. You know if you've got the hair cos there is a strong smell of burning hair. I think it cost 99 about a year ago.
OMG one hair at a time? It would take me 2 years just to do my knees alone lol
I think treatments by a professional would be a good idea, I've seen it on that ten years younger prog. Seems to me any gadget available to the public is only ever a fraction as good as the stuff available to pro's.
I have had this treatment done and it is fantastic.

I have polycystic ovaries (PCOS) and my face and neck were really hairy. After about three treatments it was very obviously a lot better. My hair growth was very strong and dense to start with).

I still have a few hairs but they are very fine and only visible if you stare at them in the mirror.

It hurts quite a bit and costs quite a lot. But I would advise anybody to give it a try.

Best wishes

Susan
