If i rent a desk in a beauty salon just doing man and ped and tips would i do ok? or should i wait until i can do sculptured aswel? the salon is on a busy high street with hair dressers, a nail tech as wel as me and a few beauty rooms. its £10 pd and the owner says trainees there are pricing there nails at around £10-£15.

Do you have to hire the desk for a certain length of time? Can you afford to do that if you don't have many customers? Do your research.

anything from 1-3 days, i can afford it short term until i built up a client base as im working part time aswel, but im not sure how it works? if there is 2 of us renting and someone off the street walks in do they just make an appointment with who ever is free like a normal salon? I am doing as much research as i can it only came up yesterday im abit stuck on how to go about it.
Good luck with it. I got to a hair salon where they rent out space. They all get on well and it seems to work well. It would be murder if there was one of them that didn't agree with how things were run.
OMG I was ripped off! I was paying more than that over 10yrs ago
