I've read it twice and watched the DVD once.
It has some good theories and I've certainly started thinking more positively since, although not sure if that's just because I've mellowed out more from travelling and getting older! lol

I keep forgetting to put the ideas into practice! :o(

I agree I think that you need to make constant affirmations regarding this theory. But do you think it works or do you think it is just coincidence.

Can't answer that Carrac but a large part of me thinks that it might just be more than coincidence.
