I agree with Khandro and the ping-pong balls.

His skin colour and hair colour look almost normal.  The Russians must have a shortage of orange paints.

The portrait in Canary42's link is not the one by Putin, it's the one by Colorado artist Sarah Boardman that was removed from the Colorado State Capitol after the Trump complained it was “distorted” and “the worst”.

To be fair, it wasn't a good likeness ...

I'm reminded of a Blackadder II scene - with Blackadder being Putin, the Bishop of Bath and Wells being Trump, and Baldrick being the prostitutes ...
