All of the details I can gather:
Heart-Shaped, turquoise blue, Says "Wedgewood, Made in England" on the back, picture of an angel woman sitting on a chair holding a bow with an angel child hugging her neck, golden sipper pattern around the brooch. On the back-bottom of the pin, there is a circle with the writing "12K GF/CF (I don't know exactly which one) Yo. I'd love to see when this was made and if it's a collector's item. Thx

WedgEwood or Wedgwood? May have some bearing. ;))
A photo would help. (See my post here for instructions on uploading it and posting a link to it on this site: https://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Technology/Question1694345.html )

Anything like this?

12k GF says to me it was made for the american market as I think it means 12 karat gold filled, ie a kind of plating.

klazomaniac has the right one, thx so much!
Wedgwood is collectible but better off trying to sell in on Etsy as the American market love that sort of thing. £25-£40 on Etsy but you've missed the Valentines Day trade by now. If you have it and want to sell it invest in a nice gift box as these things are mainly bought as gifts.
