I need to Digitize few images to T Shirt embroidery. I need to know is there any cheap but best service providers in the US?

There is free software to create your own stitch files, but each machine manufacturer has their own format, and somtimes even different formats for their different machines.

You need to provide the embroiderer with a digital artwork file. You best option is a .pdf file which most companies can easily convert into a format that suits their machinery.
Beware of proprietary software and services which many dodgy companies will probably send you a link to.
These are unnecessary. Many free basic software programs have a save to pdf option that will cost you nothing.
