Hi
Perhaps you could help me with the song's text You Haven't Seen the Last of Me. Here's what I managed to conclude from the part of it:
The image of the house, in my opinion, appears in the text through the phrases ''I'll be standing tall again'', ''I was built tough'' and ''what I'm made of'' (Warren). It is clearly seen that she is speaking of herself as if she were a building, for she was ''built'' and ''made of'' something, as though the building is made of different parts while being built. Despite the fact that she looks feeble, she tries to prove that she has power to renew. That can be understood by the phrases ''there's just something so strong somewhere inside me'', I'll get up again'', ''I can take it'', ''I'll be back, back on my feet'', ''this is far from over'', ''I'm gonna stand my ground'', ''there will be no fade out'', ''you won’t see me begging'',''I'm not taking my bow'', ''it's not the end'' etc.
Is it ok to share as a sample analysis on the personal achievement s section of http://writemypersonalstatement.net/ profiles? Or perhaps, I should think more over the whole text. Thanks.
