I gave up on Peter James and the Roy Grace never ending sagas. The books got boring and never seemed to move on and as for that Sandy....grrrr.....

I've met Peter James many many times. He lives locally and is often seen out and about. I still preferred his very first Roy Grace bookk, Dead Simplr". I thought that was gripping.

Having said that... I have ALL his books simply because he signs them all for me. I most certainly no longer enjoy them or the tedious repetition.

Read most of them but not this one. I will do though. I want to find out what happened to Sandy, his wife.

janbee - I didn't enjoy the Dead book before this last one, but 'You Are Dead' is very good and I enjoyed it. I am a big fan of his and would like to meet him.

I'd recommend this book Sharon, but I do think the Sandy saga is dragging on now - he's milking it for all it's worth !
