what type of pattern

ive got this site i found a stencil one and its looks celtic but not quite i wanted to know the name or style of this stencil so i can look for more like it

I think this style is Art Nouveau

It's not Art Nouveau, and it's no way Celtic. The main picture shows a picture-frame in the 'baroque' style, surrounded by Acanthus leaves, which you'll also see stylised in a couple of the images below. The designs can't really be grouped under any category other than 'Late Victorian'

I would have said Regency or late Victorian. Not that I can show you any other examples.

Designs look nearest to Victorian. If you click on 'classical' .. your stencils are very similar.
