ooo we don't have many gold cadillacs in Wigan, if we did have a gold cadillac we definately couldn;t park it in our street, it would take up too much room and the wing mirrors may just disapear overnight.

There both stories And i really need help :|
Well, you're not exactly making yourself clear here. Do you have to compare community etc. in the the country to community etc. in the gold cadillac or what?

Or does the whole list, from gold to education, have to be compared in terms of what it means in the country to what it means somewhere else (the city, maybe)?

Is it that you have to write a story about these things, or do you have to comment on two stories.

Try to make yourself clearer and maybe someone can help you.

I think you meant to say 'compare "Country Lovers" by Nadime Gordimer to "The Gold Cadillac" by Mildred Taylor as they refer to community, home life, luxuries, political climate and education'. I can't help, I'm afraid, having read neither book, but this might put someone else on the right track.

I don't suppose there's any chance that you yourself have read the books in question? Personally, I always found doing the course reading the best way of answering the questions.
