Can anyone recommend online reading/book forums? Somewhere I can discuss books I've read, get inspiration for new novels etc. I'm not looking for a forum for specific books/authors, but something fairly general.

I've joined lovereading.co.uk, which seems good, but not quite what I'm after.

Thanks!

this is great as you can both post reviews of books, and read other people's reviews.
If you like Girls'Own literature, and a lot of people do, try the 'Middles' Common Room' - a site for discussing GO books and all children's literature.
Dr Blockbuster says there is Bookandreader at http://www.bookandreader.com and Authorsden at http://www.authorsden.com
