I've just had an e-mail from AB and was surprised to see a very common grammatical mistake:
"We've made a fair few changes in the last two years, some of which you might of missed"

"Of " is not a verb. The correct word should be "have"

Please don't do this. it spoils anotherwise excellent site.

Tut tut, I would have replied pointing out the grammatical error to the techies/ed that emailed me.

<Hopes there are no grammar errors in the above setence.>
pmsl at setence ;-)
"it" with capital letter, please....an space otherwise. If we are being picky!
"We've made a fair few changes in the last two years, some have which you might of missed"

?? eh?
Dare I say I have more than once noticed spelling or grammatical errors in posts from one or other of the Eds. Suppose it proves they're human.
an space???
"After all, while you're clearly very clever, there must be some questions you still feel are unanswered!"

Condescending, or does the Editorial staff just never look on here much?
ah, missed the seconf '''of
... and it skips between first and third-person through the entire email. Oh the shame. :-))
The spelling mistakes and bad grammar of some of the replies here just proves the point that mistakes happen. Give them a break!
Common mistake. Probably because when speaking we tend to say might've, could've etc.
Boo: an otherwise, with a space between the two words.
oops second
i am tired, and bored too, i must be, getting involved with this thread.
gingebee- 'zakly!

;-)
Why haven't I had an e-mail - god I'm treated like a mushroom!
poor alfie, second 'of'

I have an excuse I spilt some tea on my keyboard, and the bottom row of letters sometimes miss, I thi k they are a it stu k.
ttfn waves to 'mushroom' ☺
Don't worry about the dark, Prudie, save it for the fertilizer!
Hi ttfn, OK I'll take your advice and play with my spores instead, never wanted an e-mail anyway ☺
Is this email the reason for the sudden re-emergence of a dozen or so users who have not posted on the site for 2 or 3 years?
...some of which may be alternate usernames being dusted off by otherwise regular contributors?
