picture help!

i've tried to upload an avatar via my profile but everytime i click submit on it, it doesnt work! can someone please help me! i'm feeling left out!! x

you need to use one that is 10k and no bigger i think, keep trying different ones til one fits!!!!!

I cant get a picture to upload either. The ones I have selected are gifs and are under 10K. I just keep getting an error page! :o(
