Why are the 'Current Questions' and the 'Most Popular Threads' on the home page so out of date?

Looking at one question today under the 'Most Popular Threads' (http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/News/Question32 7773.html) it appears that this was quite popular up until the 29/11/06 ... however ... since then there have only been 2 posts

I would not call 2 posts in 3 weeks popular!!!

This would indicate to me that either AB is well out of date or that virtually no posts have been made in the last 3 weeks (which I cannot believe)
