Thread makes NO SENSE!!!

ABE PLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAASSSSEEE!!! I wanted to read this debate and possibly join in, but it makes no sense at all so I can't enjoy it!!! I understand that you have to remove posts, but PLEASE can you get the techies to put a marker down where things are taken out. Or just edit it really heavily so we can get the gist of what was said, e.g., "User made abusive comments" or "User made racist comments".

Whilst I really do see that you want to get rid of things that are racist, it also protects the abusive user to some extend. It wipes the slate clean for them and means that other users can't see what they're really like, because the more extreme stuff has gone.

Surely we should be allowed to develop a rounded view of people, based on most of what they say?

Please consider it! :-) I'm almost to the point where I would pay to subscribe to this website if it would buy more heavies to get these sort of things sorted!

january_bug's comments are correct Fred_G. And as for the comments by you CommonArea I think you are being rediculous.

Question Author

Ok - kerplunk, will you help me out! Did someone post here and it got removed?! Were people being abusive!? Or are you just demonstrating beautifully the point here!?

If it's the latter... well done, I totally fell for it. *blushes* but it also proves the point!! :-)

Hi All,

Thanks for the suggestion. It has been noted.
