Can We Have An Adults Only Section On Here, Please?

I know that this question has been asked before but I really do think we need this. Some of us here are over the age of 18 and need to ask some very personal questions which are currently not allowed to do as this is a family site. As with television for which there is a watershed after 9pm for adult material so there should be an Adults Only area for this site.

I have a number of queries which I dare not place on here for fear of having my account shut down. I do not wish to do this as this is my favourite site.

So can we please have an area for questions of a sexual nature, Ed?

If your questions are *genuine*, i.e. sexual health, etc. ask them in Body and Soul......you'll get genuine answers in response.

There is no need for an Adults Only section providing matters are discussed in an Adult manner.

I tend to agree with Jack, Adult matters can and are discussed and one would hope sensibly.

The other problem is, how would you prevent under 18s and children accessing a new area?

I agree with Jack, it would be almost impossible to police (how can you tell who is over 18 and the watershed here would not apply to those not in the UK).

There must be other sites around where you can ask questions you would deem not fit for here.

I agree with the above posters that it would be impracticable.

However, you do have a point and the only suggestion that i can give is to pose your question in good faith and hope that a response is forthcoming.
It will however depend on the Mod (s) on duty and their mood at the time and the worse that could happen is to have your post removed.

Having your account shut down is extremely unlikely.
