make some questions "stickies"

Could you make some questions temporary "stickies" ie they remain at the top of the listing and are "locked" so people cannot amend them. The reason I say this is that I predict we will have a lot of questions regarding the autoexec.nt file being overwritten in windows 2000/XP in the Internet and Technology section and one answer will prevent a flux of repeat questions like we have seen in the past. You could then delete the stickie status when it has blown over... Just a thought.
