Y do u want to kill it? If it bothers u deliver it to a cat home; or catch it and move it miles from where u live. Cats can survive in the wild, if necessary.

If its your neighbours cat that bothers u, buy a cat scarer that emits a high pitch sound to ward off cats.

Give me the cat SpamBammer and u will have disposed of it

If you've got a cat you no longer want then take it to your nearest RSPCA or cattery. To kill it is inhumane.
