Been to the Seaside!!

Had a really great day today! Went to Clacton with my OH best mate and his gf and their 2 young boys for some fun in the sun!
I'm nicely coloiured, although possibly slightly pink! Was a first for me though, walking round in my shorts and bikini top for the day (would normally never catch me in a bikini, let alone in public!) but thought what the hell, No one I'm with will judge me, and I really dont care if any one I dont know does!
We had lunch in a lovely little place near the sea front, wandered round, took the kids to the play area, and then sat on the beach for a couple of hours. really has made my week :)

Yeah Jaywick is pretty much the dump of the earth isn't it!! glad I don't have to work around that way anymore!!
The holiday park is right at the far end of jaywick, the other side of brooklands (the bad bit) but despite that it's a nice holiday park!
Yeah bentley is nice, as are most bits of the coast round this way, other than jaywick ;)

My dad has had his van down there a few years now, the holiday park is absolutely gorgeous where they are, couldnt be more different to your Orchards and so on!
I have spent soooooo many great weekends down there, so many good memories!
Like the time me and a couple of mates got the bus from Grt Bentley to Clacton, but no one told us if you get the same number bus back, it doesnt take you back to Grt Bentley lol! After an 1.5 hours on the bus, we got off in some random village, had to ask where we were and my dad had to come find us!!

hey not so much of "your orchids" i'm not a clacton boy!! (worse!) just used to work there with the evening gazette
Glad you have had some good times around this area though, often a very overlooked part of the UK.
