Bird Identification

I tried the RSPB website but couldn't see anything that looked the same.

Is it a Collared dove?

I did look at that, there are collared doves in my garden but this doesn't look like the. The face and beak are a different shape and he didn't have a collar. There were no markings, just greyish white all over.

I think it is a young Collared (Barbary) Dove.

Yes, it is a juvenile Collared Dove, tracymort. Youngsters lack the neck collar. Nice pic.

I did wonder if it was young. It wasn't very scared of me.

Young doves/pigeons all have wispy down especially around the neck and head area. This is visible on the photo too.
