Following on from the thread a couple of weeks ago on AB, common sense has prevailed through the Courts in Liverpool. A number of dog owners rightly challenged the police policy and with legal representation funded by the Kennel Club, the courts have ruled that the dogs cannot be put down. read the item in Liverpool Echo 2nd March, or K9 magazine web pages(I can't create a hyperlink - how do you all do that?)
