Hi everyone my baby is now 4 years old and suffers from nervesness! i.e. if i shout to my partner in the front room to come to the bed room my baby (who is a dog by the way) will sit there and shake! he had been like this ever since i got him i have tryed all kinda treatments which have cost a bomb but nothing seems to work. So i thought he mite need a friend has when i was looking after some cats for a friend he stopped doing it! So do you think i should go buy him a cat ?? or is there anything else anyone a sergessed???

If it has been like this for four years, I don't think you will cure it overnight. Try taking the dog to training classes and maybe try something like obedience or agility, to give it a bit of confidence. Does your dog have its own cage or crate it can go to when it is upset with you shouting? Try some positive reinforcement training and reward the dog when it comes to you without shaking.
