I know gelatine is gelatine but how can I find out what type of gelatine is in what foods (ie, beef gelatine or pork gelatine)?

most foods tell you what sort of gelatine is in them. Look on the list of ingredients, if that fails... I'm stuck for an answer for you.. sorry
I don`t think you would find out. 80% is produced from pork. The remaining 20% is from beef, chicken and even fish bones.
