Very hard to say, depends on what animal is fighting what.
Rhinoceros beetles are the world's strongest animals.but size would count if its was stepped on.

Some extremely small animals can lift hundreds of times there own weight.

So as you can see its a pretty hard question to give an exact answer.

...Except, in my opinion, if the elephant or any of the others mentioned were fighting, say, a great white shark, African crocodile or anyother water inhabiting animal. I don't think the question has a rational answer, actually...
