WHITE ANTS /MITES - help

I have a flat with exposed brick work in a very old factory. Every morning I find these tiny (2mm approx.) white ant-like creatures running around on or near the brickwork. What are they? Should I be worried? Is there anyone I can go to to find out? Thank you.
