we have a few dog owners who take the time to use a bag and pick up poo then chuck the bags in our gardens,on paths or push them down drains i'm on the look out all the time but never catch them ,if I did I would follow them home and deposit the offending article on their doorstep .

Most dog owners have a good look round to see if anyone as seen the dog do a number 2, before they decide weather to pick up, or leave. Wow I'll get some hammer for this truth :)
