Plenty of frogspawn in the pools and ponds near me - have you seen any? It's a good excuse to get the kids and grandkids out and about.

Our local park had warning notices out last month as they were already fencing off where the frogs had laid - I though it was very early.
It depends where you live as regards the time of year that frogs spawn.

My camellia is just opening its buds, a bit late this year but Spring is stirring :)
Yes, had a load in my pond a couple of days ago. Not sure whether this recent mini Beast from the East will have a detrimental effect but I've brought a load indoors and will put them back in a couple of days when the weather improves.
I've been keeping an eye out for it but no luck so far.
I would normally expect to see it, after a mild wet night in March.
Maybe when the weather is more settled??

Loads of frog spawn and frogs in our local park pond. It's lovely to see.

I like to see their little heads bobbing up out of the water. :-)
