I once rescued a baby squirrel. It was in the middle of the road and trying to lick the road which someone said was a sign that it was very dehydrated. It was also being eyed up by a very large crow which was only about 2 feet away. I'd never seen a baby squirrel before - it wasn't as little as the one in the video but small enough to sit in the palm of my hand.
