I have a water snail in my goldfish tank, it has not moved for 3 weeks but doesn't stink (not dead). What do I do with it to be sure?

Brown snail, fine black stripes, about 20mm long. Not sure what it's called...

Iggle Piggle I don't know anything about freshwater snails or their care but I did google 'caring for freshwater snails' and there was quite a bit of info there.

Not a good week for our snail family, Bob was dead and now another snail in a different tank is not moving. Weird.
