While I would poss. be quicker making them, are there replacement sticky pads for magnetic aquarium algae cleaners?

For the outside, any piece of felt will do.

For the inside..... it all depends how powerful the magnet is. Some are soft and others are very abrasive. Probably safer to buy a new one.
