Thanks to you all for previous advice. The mystery of the cat poo on the lawn has been solved. Not a cat but a fox. His card has been marked. Have apologised to all the local cats for miscalling them lol.

Could always invest in a lion - (no more foxy - too scared by heavy cat smell). :-))
So ladybirder was right!
Makes you wonder how many cat haters have been wrong about the poop on their lawns before! I have never owned a cat that would do that anyway, maybe bury it in flower beds, but never just on a lawn.

If food goes missing it is usually safe to blame the dog.

For most other 'crimes' it is usually a feline's felony, so your assumption was a rational one. They are nasty and evil little devils.

I have been trying to get Frankie to leave me in peace for about 15 minutes - he is impervious to my snarls. ;-(
