I can't say, grumpy, but if it were one of mine, I'd be round the vets tomorrow. Bald patches could be fleas or mange or an allergy, which should all be treatable - the twitch is worrying. It could be something biting the cat, or it could be something more serious. Please take your cat to the vet!
