Hi

What diseases in cats make diabetes resistant to insulin?

Seems like that is what is wrong with our cat. The vet did tell me but I wasn't really concentrating as I was a bit upset. Should know for sure this Friday but I want to prepare myself. We've upped the dose of insulin and we hope and pray that her blood glucose levels have returned to a normal level.

Thanks

There are many, I am not sure to which particular one you are alluding.

Kidney disease, Liver disease, over active thyroid and heart disease are just a few.
