Could be wrong, but I think it was used in a campaign for some energy company (maybe British Gas?) several years ago. The ad had a dog, cat and mouse snuggling up in front of a fireplace.

This may have been a US only ad but this music was used for Pretty Polly when a woman driving a Jaguar removed one of her stockings to replace the fan belt.
