For a really annoying ad, I'd nominate (1) chips glorious chips, (2) I'm on my way to play Sun Bingo, or (3) Sensodyne toothpaste (do we really need a closeup of someone's eyebrow?).

Oh, and (4) Safestyle Windows. Now THAT'S annoying.
