On the advert for Channel 5 (sorry... Five...) films, there's a bootleg (and I use the term 'bootleg' in its modern, more wrong sense) which starts off with the bass line to Dolly Parton's Workin' 9 To 5 but with Destiny Child's Independent Women over the top. After a while, Dolly Parton's song kicks back in.
Is it a bootleg made by someone else (like Soulwax who did Smells Like Teen Spirit Vs. Bootylicious) or did Cha... Five make it up for the advert?

You answered your own question If you check out Soulwax - Too many djs part 2 on cd...........its there. Soulwax either mixed it themselves or "borrowed it" from a gentleman called the freelance hellraiser.
