I'm not sure if this ad has aired in the UK. It's a sepia toned advert with classical music in the background. I recall a person on a bicycle. Can anyone help identify the piece being played? Thank you.

Thanks Matt. I did a search for La Walli but didn't come up with anything. Who composed this piece?

I have been lookung for the author for the past two months too. Last Thursday I visited the concert of Renee Fleming in Prague and the Credit Suisse Ad music was on the programme. It is La Wally (not La Walli) from Alfredo Catalani (1854-1893) particularly the aria "Ebben, ne andro lontana"
