Car advert

I used to have a video on my computer that was a car advert. I believe it started with a guy sweeping a floor in a diner (middle of nowhere) and he was trying to sing a tune but you couldn't quite work out what it was until the car (in question) drove past. The advert was obviously getting at its speed and all the guy in the diner could hear was a bit of the music that he was humming to. What car was it and where can I find that advert to download? Im sure it was the special edition MTV Renault Clio. The song was James Brown Sex Machine i think.
