I have been getting items from above and of course paying for them online - can anybody tell me if a person who doesn't have internet can order - how can he?

I've seen staff taking telephone orders. Ive always ordered before collection to avoid queuing.

Or he could simply go to the shop

You can still order by phone but it takes forever

Go into the shop and flick through the enormous catalogue; using one of the little pencils, note the item number and take it to the shop assistant. Pay and collect.

No of course. Both of our Argos stores closed in the first lockdown and will not reopen. Instead there will be an outlet in Sainsburys. I wonder if they will be able to operate differently within a supermarket?
